Laundry Line Clogs

One of the more common causes of laundry line clogs is lint. To avoid this you may want to try a lint attachment at the end of your washers drain hose (some women have been known to use an old nylon stocking tied off on the hose). Just be careful to attach such items securely so they don’t come off and create a clog.

As with a kitchen drain line, your laundry line should be scoured with high pressure water if it is an older drain line or has soap build up. A Rooter-n-Drains professional will be glad to perform this work for you and will evaluate your entire plumbing system while they are there, for FREE!
